What can I personalise on my plaque?

Depending on the selected design and size, you can add a house number, house name or short address. Please check the individual product page for the available lines and character limits.

What materials are used?

Our plaques are made from cast acrylic, solid sapele wood or a combination of both. Selected designs feature precision-cut raised acrylic lettering for additional depth.

Are the plaques suitable for outdoor use?

Our house plaques are designed for exterior entrance display. Wooden surfaces receive a protective exterior satin finish. Correct installation and occasional care will help maintain the plaque’s appearance.

Can I add solar lighting?

Optional solar lighting is available with selected designs. Solar performance and operating time depend on daylight exposure, season, positioning and weather conditions.

Which plaque size should I choose?

Larger plaques provide more space for a house number, name or address across two lines. Compact plaques work best for house numbers, short names and smaller entrances or pillars. Exact dimensions are shown on each product page.

How is the plaque installed?

The mounting method depends on the selected design. Acrylic plaques generally use metal standoffs, while wooden and fusion plaques may use concealed keyhole fixings. Installation guidance is included with the relevant product.

How should I clean my plaque?

Use a soft, damp cloth and mild soapy water when necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, rough sponges and pressure washing.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer tracked delivery within Ireland. The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout.

Can personalised orders be returned or cancelled?

Personalised products are made specifically for each customer and generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. Please review our Returns and Personalised-Order Policy before ordering. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrect products are unaffected.
